Elevator didn’t work. Has to take the stairs with luggage.
Room with bed did not come with extra blankets or sheets. When asked for more they said they only had one to give out.

Room appeared marginally clean but my entire family became sick with a cold as a result of the room not be truly clean (we were only in our room and my parents' house and nowhere else; meals, etc. were eaten there and parents ended up sick because of us). Requested daily refresh to have towel service and trash pickup. Two days out of the five days we stayed - did not occur. There were three people in our room and we were given only two towel sets and had to go to the front desk to get extra set. Manager told my husband that we would never be given three towel sets by housekeeping - that we had to come back every day to request the extra set. With no towel or trash pick-up for two days, we had to stack towels and trash in a pile outside our room so that housekeeping staff would pick-up. We stayed in a suite room and the refrigerator door could barely be opened because door hinged on wrong side and there was only three inch clearance between refrigerator and bar. There was laughably only one dish, cup, and mug, and one fork for us to use. There was a burned out teflon pan and equally burned out kitchen utensils - not fit for anyone to use. There was a sign that if we wanted dishware or cooking utensils, we would have to get them from the front desk - not worth the bother! I left my laptop mouse on the desk in our rush to leave. When I called to have it held for me, front desk said nothing in lost and found; next day called and housekeeping said nothing was found.

I asked for more towels since i had two adults and two kids and did not get them they told me i needed my room refreshed and they would add it but never did.

Easy to book on *******, no problems checking in or out, room & hotel were clean, beds comfortable, in a quiet good area that’s within a block or so of several different family friendly dining options, staff were very kind & nice, and the breakfast had hot and cold options that were good. They were kept having to re-set the elevator to get it going again, so something guests with mobility issues may want to call ahead for before booking. Using the stairs wasn’t an issue for us but we were just on the 2nd floor.

Staff was great. Room is very spacious. There’s so much extra space where a table with 2 chairs would have been nice. Beds are very comfortable. Very limited tv stations. Wi-Fi is okay. Looking forward to a full breakfast tomorrow morning.

I called downstairs to advise that the TV was not working I was told by front desk clerk that someone would be up there shortly I fell asleep waiting for them. They did not come up

They only clean your room if you ask before 9 am (even if you stay 5 days)
Only one small garbage can.
Why don't hotels do a CHO (checked out super clean), and GT (garbage and towels only for multiple day stays). We had to get our own towels every day.

As a consumer, La Quinta has always been our go to hometell. Everything ran smoothly except for the flooring in our room. The bathroom tiles were broken, movable without any caulking. This was our only complaint about room 205. Otherwise, it was spectacular.
